Head of Learning

Responsibilities

Provide insight to the Board on quality assurance, pedagogy and learning innovation
Provide input to board and management meetings, budgeting and strategic planning processes
Mentor Academic leaders across campuses to streamline and continuously improve outcomes
Enforce quality assurance standards from facilities and faculty, to curriculum and student outcomes
As convenor of the Faculty Affairs Committee, lead faculty recruitment, coaching and resourcing
Resource end-to-end product development, from analysis to rollout and evaluation
Monitor pedagogical design and execution for youth, professional and corporate audiences
Manage integration of additional programs, partnerships and locations
Select, test and integrate online and other digital templates and tools to enhance learning and operations
Lead change management programs including rollout of the Learner Experience Framework and digital learning infrastructure
Develop and monitor results parameters for all aspects of learning, placement and satisfaction and faculty engagement.

Experience & Expertise
 

The ideal candidate has a blend of global and regional experience, working in the youth employment or education or edtech fields.
An astute mentor, s/he has managed large teams to create a positive and productive workplace. 
She also has deep expertise in both traditional and alternative skilling organizations applying effective approaches to hybrid and in-person learning for different audiences, including monitoring and evaluation for work readiness.
