Head of FP&A Business Operations Manager

About The Role
Apollo Agriculture is looking for an FP&A leader to drive data-driven decision making throughout the company.
Your Day-to-Day

Build, mentor and manage a world-class FP&A team across multiple geographies
Drive data-driven decision making throughout the company. Collaborate with teams across the company to provide analyses & insights to support strategic decision making at a team level.
Analyze monthly results and leading indicators to support monthly forecasting and achievement of targets
Build and manage all financial models. Work closely with the CEO, CFO and Head of Strategy to model new business lines to inform strategy /capital budgeting decisions.
Own and develop the budget: Determine the appropriate processes, methodologies, and modeling techniques to produce low variance budget vs. actuals. Analyze budget versus actuals and make recommendations on cost-saving opportunities.
Build and continuously develop financial reporting & forecasting, including cash, FX, maturity gap and covenant monitoring reporting
Provide analyses in support of development of growth targets and evaluation of strategic initiatives

You:

Are a leader who has built an FP&A team for a fast-growing company. You have experience mentoring a team and have a proven track record developing financial analysis skills and transferring knowledge to more junior team members.
Have operated in a high growth, multi-currency/geography business, ideally for a fintech company
Have a strong background in financial modeling, data analytics or similar domains
Have a high standard of integrity
Are skilled at cross-functional project management and influencing outcomes without direct ownership
Hold an MBA or equivalent professional certifications
