About This Opportunity!

The role is a critical role mapping Network Build organization strategy to emphasize Networks build projects E2E integrated design. This organization shall manage Network Build Project integrated design including the accountability of the consolidated low level design integrity. The organization shall be accountable of combing the Radio and transmission design from network design organization with all other rollout design processes. The organization shall be responsible of the detailed design of site equipment and site material covering all Installation Engineering activities including material management and control to ensure best choice of equipment material, best use of material, full control of project inventory and continuous follow up on material supply and availability schedules. The organization shall be responsible of site implementation design including site connectivity design and implementation method of procedures design to ensure most effective procedures and first time right implementation of sites. The organization shall be responsible of integration MOP design and verification of parameter mapping to ensure best performance of integrated sites.

What will you do

As a leader of this organization, you shall be responsible of 
Driving Network Build Projects to be best in class when it comes to E2E updated design integrity at all times ensuring all design details are matched and mapped as per latest solution & customer requirements.
Driving the best in class consolidated methods of procedures for integration and implementation to achieve shortest time of implementation, best quality of integration and first time right on-airing of sites
Developing consolidated low level design framework and documentation for Network build projects to be used for customer sign off of low level design 
Cooperation with the solution teams and the Network design teams to ensure best, first time right integrated design 
Engagement in the presales for solution Red teaming 
From a line management perspective, Head of this organization is expected to recruit best in class talent to drive the organization target, to develop own team and to drive the motivation, loyalty, satisfaction and dedication of each and every team member whether reporting line or functional from other organizations ( e.g. GND, SDU ..etc ).

You Will Bring!

Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
Certifications: Ericsson technical certifications, PMP, Six Sigma lack belt are assets
Min years of experience: 10 Y
Domain experience: Network Rollout
Deep understanding of Ericsson access solutions, Service Delivery process and strategy
Deep knowledge of Ericsson products and Radio/ Transmission technologies
Excellent Social and communication skills
Budget control and resources management knowledge
Excellent in Formulating concepts and driving solutions to problems
Full Adherence to Ericsson principles and values
Skilled in Leading people 
Fast adaptation to change.

Additional Requirements:

Travelling flexibility of > 50% of time
