Head of Engineering

The Head of Engineering is accountable for leading the building of robust, scalable and maintainable software; as well as assembling and managing high performing engineering teams; ensuring engineering
delivers the desired customer outcomes.
In this role:

you will work as the overall engineering team leader overseeing a team comprised of core software engineers, customer success engineers and product engineers. You will lead from the frontin
architecting, coding and deploying software across our tech stack. The expected split of functions between coding/engineering and management/administrative function will be 50:50. This is very much a HANDS-ON role!
You will manage up to 15 engineers providing mentoring and coaching on software engineering/programming, encoding and transmitting a collaborative engineering culture and maintaining innovative processes that monitor the health of the engineering team.
