Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital strategies that drive online engagement and conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital campaigns are optimized for success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Head of Digital Marketing

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
Oversee the planning and execution of paid media campaigns
Analyze and interpret data from various digital marketing platforms to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure digital assets are optimized for online platforms.
Monitor and manage website, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
Track and report on key performance metrics to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with account management and commercial teams to understand client objectives and develop creative strategies that align with their goals.
Conceptualize and oversee the development of compelling visual and written content across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Certification in Digital Marketing
Proven track record of success in a digital marketing role, with experience in managing digital campaigns across various platforms
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret digital marketing metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and mentor a team
