Head of Agent Acquisition

The company seeks an experienced business developer to lead the Agent Acquisition and Agent Network Management functions of the company.
Based in Nairobi, the core responsibilities of the role include:
Leading the creation of agent acquisition team, including hiring staff with strong field-based experience with SME sales and marketing in Nairobi
Developing marketing & closing collateral for Agent acquisition, and tools to enable efficient agent management
Assuming responsibility for agent relationship management across the Nairobi network.
Candidate Profile You are a dynamic business development professional with strong experience in business sales and marketing in Nairobi, with a specific focus on small business sales.You have deep insight into the pros and cons of Agent network models operating in Nairobi, and of the fast-moving-consumer-goods and retail sectors.
We are seeking candidates with over 5 years of experience, including experience managing people, and experience building out an Agent network
