Job Description
Position Based in Nakuru and reporting to the Hotel Services Supervisor, this position will be responsible for planning and overseeing production of quality, timely and cost effective meals as per the set standards.
Job Requirements
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in food and beverage or catering, with active knowledge of large scale food production, costing and inventory management.
