Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust operational risk framework across banking and insurance divisions.
Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure business resilience.
Ensure compliance with regional and international regulatory standards.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on emerging risks and best practices.
Lead risk culture initiatives across the organization, embedding strong governance practices.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of operational risk experience spanning both banking and insurance.
Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership experience in a multinational financial institution.
Ability to work across diverse markets and regulatory environments.
Professional certifications such as CRISC, FRM, or equivalent is advantageous.
