Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Design or Communication
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a Hospital/Pharmaceutical Companies
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)but not limited to:
To create branding designs
To create marketing collaterals
To design brand & marketing communication
Work with different design tools – Photoshop, Adobe suite, Canva, Corel draw, Illustrator etc
Help with overall communication direction
Work with the marketing team to ensure all design & communication requirements are completed.
Designs & communication for social media Designs & Communication for offline marketing
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
Response quality & quantity
Rating improvement – Unit wise
Reviews measurement
Lead attendance & conversion
Competencies Needed:
Proficiency with different design tools – Photoshop, Adobe suite, Canva, Corel draw, Illustrator etc
Attention to detail Self-motivated and work well with the team
Aware of recent trends in design & communication
Collaborate with different teams
