Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:
Fresh university graduates
Bachelor’s degree or Masters with a First-Class or exceptional performance in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
GPA of 3.5 and above
Proficient in written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills; coding experience (e.g., Python) is a plus
Exceptional extracurricular achievements
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Self-starter with high energy, urgency, and personal accountability
Willingness to develop business acumen
Creative thinker with a readiness to challenge oneself and others
