TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE SKILLS
Professional/Technical qualifications – a Bachelor Degree in social science or governance-related field.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task between direct programme implementation and partners’ management with positive outcomes.
Proof of ability to work independently to deliver project outcomes and results as well as any other tasks that may be delegated from time to time.
Good facilitation and networking skills
Fund raising donor reporting and budget management skills
Partnership building skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong negotiation skills with diverse teams.
Excellent computer skills particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Comprehensive knowledge of the water governance sector in Kenya
At least 5 years progressive experience in designing and implementing governance programmes in Kenya.
Experience in managing European Union funded programmes
