Responsibilities
The Seed Analyst role is responsible for
You will ensure seed quality testing & seed recertification.
You will support end-to-end running of the seed lab and in ground station.
You will ensure compliance and adherence to KEPHIS & ISTA standards.
Seed lab team management.
You will ensure that all seed recertification is well planned with internal stakeholders, including the logistics team, and external stakeholders.
You will respond to germination issues raised by internal clients as received from the field.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
Must be a KEPHIS Gazetted seed analyst
1+ years of experience in seed testing.
Basic level of excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) proficiency
Project management and record management skills
