Job Description
A Dynamic, Experienced and Mature Mechanical Engineer, who can handle multi-disciplined engineering teams such as Project Managers, Estimating & Tendering Teams. Should have the ability to review the P&L with Finance Controller to maximize the Profitability and minimize the Expenses and report to the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:

Overseeing the production process (Planning/Forecasting) and prepare a production schedule.
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs.
Optimum utilization of Man, Machine, Material.
Develop and execute the yearly manufacturing plan (Annual Operations Plan) to deliver the business objectives (production volume, manufacturing controlled cost, quality, safety etc.).
Ensuring that the production is cost effective, on time and are of good quality.
Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure.
Responsible for the manpower selection and the complete utilization of their skills & knowledge.
Study procurement chart from the project team and oversee the material order and delivery activities.
Develop Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
Ensure compliance with Environment, Health and Safety policies, systems and processes.
Ensure complete compliance to prescribed Total Productive Maintenance, Quality Management System, MS, Good Manufacturing Practice, and 5S processes.
Establish individual accountability using coaching and support and performance management process.
Prepare KPIs for all the important team members to measure the efficiency and performance.
Institutionalize manufacturing Best Practice Tools and Processes.
To ensure adherence and compliance to all statutory requirements.
Knowledge in six sigma or ISO will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage sales managers / sales executives to achieve set targets.
Establishes Sales goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
Analyses market trends, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form sales strategies. Work closely with Sales team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients.
Conduct Market survey on a monthly basis to know the product positioning, demand and pricing.
