Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager to join our team. As the Product Owner for our Wholesaler solution, you will work closely with our Engineering teams and our Fuel Partner customers to provide a solution that is a first of its kind in this market.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the communication between our Engineering team and the needs of internal and external business stakeholders with regards to last mile fuel delivery
Develop detailed (technical and non-technical) requirements for our engineers and work with them to ensure that the features are delivered as requested
Ensure that user experience, features and workflows within the platform deliver the expected business requirements
Define the go-to-market plan and enablement, working to insure that relevant teams have what they need to be successful
Work closely with the Quality Assurance teams in order to ensure the performance of the product is as defined and required by our partners
Manage roll-out and training of new features with our key customer groups
Evangelise the product within KOKO and externally with relevant user groups
Qualifications
Engineering or Scientific background required
Proven track record in Product Management for software/web/mobile technologies in the area of logistics, for at least 4 years
Good working knowledge of the web, APIs, comms technology infrastructure
Experience of the Software Development lifecycle
Experience developing or working with hardware or embedded systems is a bonus
Ability to critically reason UX choices in the field of Logistics
