Prideinn Paradise Beach Resort is urgently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Manage schedules, budgets, and performance targets for the front office team.
Uphold company policies and maintain high standards of hospitality.
REQUIREMENTS
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (eg, Opera, Fidelio).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
