Front Office Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and professional Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling inquiries.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly manner.
Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
Support various departments with administrative needs as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Diploma or equivalent in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Attributes:

Previous experience in a property care or service-oriented company.
Familiarity with office management procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
