CySuites is looking for an hardworking and passionate individual to work as a Front office and acommodation supervisor handling supervisory roles in front office,accomodation ,laundry and general maintenance of the serviced apartment hotel
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming and motivating guests, handle complains and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Participate in recruitment, training, management and motivating the team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers.
Supervises the management of debtors, group and individual guest invoicing and cash operations.
Prepare monthly and daily revenue report and circulate to all HOD’s.
Prepare room revenue and occupancy forecast
Makes sure that the hotel’s pricing policy and sales pitches are duly applied in order to optimise REVPAR
Ensures that guest documentation and information is available and up-to-date.
Manage and supervise outsourced housekeeping staff, laundry, front office and maintenance teams
Manage stocks and inventories and order supplies according to the budget
Ensure that apartments and public areas are kept clean and free from hazards.
Ensure maintenance and repairs of rooms is done on time and any guest complain on maintenance is fixed on time
Up selling, Room Revenue management and ensuring that the pricing policy and internal audit procedures are duly applied
Any other duties as shall be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
A degree, diploma in Hospitality related field
Showing Initiative, Problem Solving, Staff Training, Team Leading.
Passion in hospitality industry and willingness to pursue a career in hotel management
Covid-19 vaccination certificate
At least 3 years’ experience in a busy hotel or hospitality sector
A person of high integrity and high moral standards
