About the role
Our Client is seeking to hire a competent, highly proficient French speaking Tour Consultant to join our Client’s multi-lingual team of experts to deliver outstanding services to their global clients.
Receive enquiry, opening tour file, evaluate and respond, preparing quotations
Translate quotations and itineraries into English language from French and vice versa
Handle all communication with the French speaking clients
Confirming bookings, process all administrative functions such as booking tours, making reservations, receiving confirmations, reconfirmations, maintaining files and invoicing Agent
Prepare tour file, guest envelope, book vehicle; calculate water allowance, brief tour guide on all pertinent aspects of the tour
Ensuring all tour related data is input into the System.
Complete all final activities before closing files.
Develop and maintain close agent relationships.
Ensure accuracy in tour package offers.
Minimum requirements
Must possess strong Communication skills – verbal and written in French Language
Relevant degree and/Diploma level education preferably in Tourism and Hospitality Sectors
Minimum two years experience
Strong Customer Service and Excellent inter-personal skills across all levels
Attention to detail and with an analytical mind
Time Management and Organization Skills
ICT Proficient
