Food Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine formulations for balanced meal products such as powders, bars, and cereals.
Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., KEBS).
Conduct product testing, including taste, texture, and nutritional analysis.
Source and evaluate ingredients to meet quality and cost requirements.
Collaborate with the R&D team to create innovative products.
Oversee production processes to maintain product consistency and quality.

Requirements:

Degree in Food Science/Technology or related field
2+ years of experience in product development and quality assurance
Strong knowledge of nutrition and food science
Experience in formulation, manufacturing, and ingredient sourcing
