Requirements
A Diploma or Certificate in F&B Service or Hotel Management.
3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.
A relevant degree is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Financial Systems.
Leadership & Management: Problem-solving, critical thinking, staff development, conflict resolution, time management & workload organization.
Commitment to high-level service & positive attitude
