KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and oversee all banquet events, ensuring seamless execution.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize event setups.
Liaise with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food and beverage service. Manage banquet staff, assigning tasks and ensuring high service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Monitor banquet inventory and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for banquet events.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and F&B best practices.
