Our client, In the Technology industry seeks to recruit Food and Beverages Specialist
The role:
The Food and Beverages Specialist will be responsible for offering supporting cleaning and kitchen services.
Responsibilities:
Under guidance take lead in food preparation, including cooking, grilling, baking, following standardized recipes and guidelines for meal preparation.
Monitor food quality during preparation to ensure food safety and adherence to established food preparation standards.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
Share knowledge and guidance to other staff members (kitchen) on food
preparation techniques and standards.
Respond to inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist in inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels including stock rotation and replenishment of food and cleaning supplies
Assist in developing and implementing hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures.
Lead in daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen and ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to established procedures and schedules.
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas to identify areas requiring attention or repair.
Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure kitchen facilities meet health and safety regulations and report any noncompliance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Provide recommendations on menu items.
Resolve simple customer complaints and issues.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in customer service areas.
Receive incoming food and beverage deliveries and stock shelves accordingly.
Follow established procedures for storing, rotating, and disposing of perishable and non-perishable items.
Assist in basic quality control tasks such as visual inspections and simple measurements and report any quality issues or deviations from standards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established quality control procedures and guidelines under supervision.
Maintain clear and timely communication with team members and supervisors.
Efficiently manage and complete assigned tasks, meet deadlines and quality standards.

Experience Required:
Minimum High School Diploma
1+ years of kitchen management experience,
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in any shift and in any office environment.
Ability to take direction and work both independently and in collaboration with a team.
