Job Description
To ensure the success of the venture and deliver excellent satisfaction to our guests and return on investment, the hotel is seeking for outstanding individuals with passion to excel to fill the following positions.
Reporting to the General Manager, The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure the operation of the department is run in the most efficient and professional manner through the application of contemporary management principles by enforcement of the hotel’s policies and use of set standard operating procedures.
She/he will be responsible for the complete directing, operational control, effective supervision and coordination of all the F & B Sections to the satisfaction of guests.
Qualifications

Graduate in Hotel Management from reputable hospitality institutions (Kenya Utalii College or university).
Must have at least 5 years relevant experience and adequate qualifications in the Food and Beverage Industry in managerial position in at least a four star hotel or equivalent.
Experience of managing teams of large numbers of people
Team management, leadership and team player
Adaptable; coping with the diversity of customers and their needs
Thoroughness
Financial awareness and one who ensures that costs are kept to a minimum
Excellent Customer service
Ability to highly motivate and engage staff
Ethical Conduct
