Food & Beverage Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our diverse dining operations. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the food and beverage department.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Collaborate with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings and special events.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize revenue.
Excellent communication skills.
Passion for culinary trends and a deep understanding of food and beverage service
