Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Mombasa Continental. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to plan and execute events, as well as implementing and adhering to budgetary guidelines.

Budgeting and financial management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
