Role Profile
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and updating consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for his/her brand;
Activating Brand Essence and Vision;
Contributing to category strategy by defining desired relative price and providing recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy;
Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand plan. Tracks and monitors the performance, health and strategic alignment;
Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands;
Developing engagement strategies and the creation of relevant & memorable brand experiences;
Working with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image.

Qualifications
An undergraduate degree preferably in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration;
Minimum of 5 (Five) years’ experience in Marketing and One (1) in another function preferably Sales:
Marketing experience within a MNO FMCG organisation with demonstrable results;
Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams.
