Flights Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Prospecting

Proactively identify and reach out tpotential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, nurturing relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact tconversion.
Conduct thorough research tidentify target markets, industry trends, and competitor offerings, leveraging insights trefine sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
Tailor product recommendations and present compelling solutions that align with customers’ interests, preferences, and budgetary considerations, effectively addressing objections and overcoming barriers tpurchase.

Customer Relationships and Account Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all their travel needs.
Proactively engage with customers tanticipate their evolving needs, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and position Ticketsasa as their preferred partner for future travel.
Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. documents required, visas and passports and keeping clients up tdate with any changes
Liaising with airline partners tensure routing and schedules are accurate. 
Handle general inquiries for both internal and external customers and develop and maintain customer database tenhance customer loyalty and market intelligence
Provide online assistance for reservation, check in, payments tmaximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Draft invoices tensure timely and accurate payment of issued tickets tboth direct clients and corporates.

Must Have Job Requirements:

At least 3 years’ proven working experience as a travel consultant 
Degree in hospitality, travel, tourism or related field and must have an IATA diploma
Experience with Sales, CRM, and Travelport (Galileo)
