Ideally as a Flight Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing aircraft catering workload in the section, ensure catering orders are distributed, supervise provisioning of aircraft supplies and monitor packing tray layup, pre-set and pre-flight checks. You will also be responsible for systematic galley loading of equipment and also handover to the airline crew in a professional manner.
