Fleet & Tender Sales Executive – Multibrand

The Fleet and Tender Sales Executive is responsible for selling new vehicles at objective Gross Profit, Volume, and Customer Satisfaction standards. Assists customers in determining vehicle needs and completing financing paperwork, where applicable. Builds customer loyalty and increases Customer Satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, attitude, and a business-like appearance in every customer experience.

Job Description

Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, and fleet buyers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet market
Meet monthly set sales targets
Prepare a sales and prospects reports daily using the sales tracker
Participates in the sales meetings and shares prospect report
Builds productive working relationships with fellow employees through clear communications and assists other Sales executives when needed.
Makes follow ups on leads generated from website and social media platforms
Expected to conduct vehicle demos and test drives and ensure evaluation forms are filled.
Respond to tenders and RFQs (Request for Quotations) from corporate and governmental sectors. Prepare and submit competitive bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Endeavor to ensure the company core sales process is adhered to.
Pre plans PDI in good time and ensures all documentation is in order
Adhere to Inchcape dress code standards
All other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

At least 5 years progressive sales experience (experience in fleet sales required).
Minimum Degree holder in a business-related field
Proven experience in fleet and tender sales, ideally within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of fleet management, corporate sales, and tender processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
