Fleet Manager

PURPOSES OF THE POSITION
In order to facilitate the operational functioning of the company and reduce as much as possible these cost while offering structural or contextual optimizations:  

Manage the internal and external vehicle fleet  
Participate in the management of refueling in connection with operations  
Manage the telephone credit allocation of each employee  
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION 
Vehicles  
Manage rentals by ensuring the best possible allocation of vehicles, rented or purchased, to the  various departments and for the various missions to be carried out  
Manage the relationship with vehicle rental companies and repair garages  Propose structural optimizations to reduce vehicle operating costs  
Manage the maintenance of vehicles purchased while minimizing its cost  Daily check the position of vehicles via GPS in relation to the routes of planned missions
Validate fuel reloading schedules for each vehicle  
Perform and document weekly all the checks carried out between the allocated fuel and the fuel  actually used (including reconciliation between consumption and odometer)  
Provide weekly reporting on the management of the vehicle fleet including the monitoring of  ongoing improvement actions  
During operational operation, validate the planning of each mission in the region by systematically  seeking to reduce the associated costs Daily check the position of vehicles via GPS in relation to the  routes of the planned missions

Initial training 
BAC + 2 
Minimum 3 years of experience
