Key Responsibilities:

Firefighting & Emergency Response.Respond swiftly to fire emergencies, conduct rescues, and provide first aid to those in need.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance.Inspect, operate, and maintain firefighting equipment and emergency vehicles to ensure readiness.
Fire Safety Inspections.Perform routine checks and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Emergency Planning & Compliance.Develop and enforce fire safety protocols, evacuation procedures, and emergency response plans.
Training & Drills.Lead fire safety training programs, conduct fire drills, and provide hands-on emergency response training.
Fire Prevention Education.Educate employees on fire risks, prevention techniques, and proper use of firefighting equipment.
Team Leadership & Coordination.Guide and support firefighting teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration during emergencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Certified Firefighter with recognized firefighting training.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in firefighting and emergency response.
Proven experience in training and instructing fire safety courses.
Strong knowledge of fire codes, safety regulations, and emergency response protocols.
First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong communication, leadership, and instructional skills.
