Financial Service Representative

Requirements:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Willing to work a 5-day work week with 2 additional days being the last two Saturdays of every month
Ability to multitask
Ability to work on a customized CRM
Good understanding of MS Office
The perfect candidate will have completed post-secondary education and have been in the workforce as a collector or as a phone operator in a call center environment for a minimum of a year.

Responsibilities:

Inbound Calling clients
Building relationships with our partners
Filling out of contracts
Taking applications over the phone
This will be outlining the expectations of the financial service representative role in terms of daily tasks and responsibilities.
Our main priority is to ensure everything is moving like clockwork by pushing files forward.
This means calling assigned ques, answering inbound calls, cleaning the inbox, updating collectors, and making sure clients complete their application with all the necessary documents on file.
Everyone is expected to answer 2-3 inbound calls at a time so we can maintain quality and not have any team member struggle with more than that.
Overall, we should always be busy whether it be answering inbound calls or continuously dialing out during downtime so business is continuously flowing.
Daily Expectations/Priority:

Answering at least 30 inbound calls
Minimum 4 applications per day
Assisting BDMs with applications, updating collectors, collecting documents, etc,.
80% conversation rate (Competing application and obtaining all necessary documents on

ALWAYS leaving your notes on file
Updating collectors while calling ques AND after completing an application
Uploading documents/replying to emails and backing them up to ensure the inbox is not cluttered
Dialing out
Calling your assigned ques (Need Docs, Incomplete, Unresponsive)
Updating collectors
Calling referrals (New applicants provided)
Collectors calling for updates/transferring a new applicant
Funded clients inquiring about their account (Forward to CSR team or to excel shit for callback)
Contacting applicants calling to resume their application (Filling out application, documents, interview, etc,)
