QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED (SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE)
A Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or any other related discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
CPA K Graduate
Minimum of 8 years cumulative accounting or Finance experience, 4 of which must have been in financial planning and analysis.
Experience in finance business partnering will be a distinct advantage.
Knowledge/experience in International Financial Reporting Standards
Knowledge in information and data management
Must possess good analytical skills; advanced knowledge of Excel a must.
Ability to interact and work with leaders and employees at all levels.
He /she must be self-driven with a “can do” attitude and passion to achieve results under minimum supervision.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and take direction from, and support, multiple managers.
Must possess great interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports to Business Units, Management and Global.
Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations.
Prepare monthly consolidation and executive financial pack and present to the relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate financials questions/answers among Business Units and Accounting & Control department
Prepare annual financial information binder to be provided to the external auditors
Prepare quarterly operating reports and present to the relevant stakeholders.
Act as finance business partner to the Business Unit and Supply Chain function.
Assist in the budget & reforecast process
Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system.
Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed.
Develop, maintain and distribute as-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
