Who do we represent?
An innovative, continuously expanding agricultural business with recent private equity investment. They require a Financial Controller to join their team and support them in the continual growth across the region.
As the Financial Controller you will:
Oversee the financial planning and analysis of the companies multiple production and packaging sites across Kenya, as well as the Group Financial accounting.
Complete financial modelling, streamlining the company’s processes to improve their financial situation and contribute to their successful expansion.
Carry out targeted reporting and scenario planning.
Report directly into the Finance Director.
Lead and motivate a team across financial planning, analysis and accounting.
The ideal candidate will:
Have 3+ years’ experience in a financial role.
Be a Chartered Accountant.
Have monitored the finance of multiple locations.
Big 4 experience preferable.
