What you will do
Troubleshooting system failures, ticketing the bug and liaising with the Engineering and Product Software Departments for resolution.
Reconciling ERP financial inputs with financial and operational information from the Core System.
Monitoring journal entries posted in the ERP System for accuracy and completeness.
Implementing and maintaining financial system improvements and updates.
Actively involved in various data cleanup activities.
Training staff on the use of financial systems.
Testing system updates and liaising with the Finance Systems Manager to provide signo-ff before they are pushed to production
What you bring to KOKO
A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
Can work independently and collaboratively with other team members
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Implementation and end user Support of ERP systems
Good knowledge of best practices in Finance, Procurement and Project Management
Experience in using and supporting Odoo ERP would be advantageous
Good technical skills in Excel, Accounting Software and SQL
Technical experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
Strong organizational skills and a passion for data analysis
