Petty Cash Reconciliations
Your major KPI will be Petty cash disbursement and reconciliations.
HQ Petty cash must be correctly posted and reconciled every Wednesday of the week before disbursements are done on Thursdays.
Post and reconcile all store petty cash on the 2nd day of every month.
Disburse petty cash in a timeous manner to stakeholders.
Proper Filing.
Maintain an up to date filing of all the above activities.
Any other duty given by the Finance Manager.
