Finance Officer (1 Position) Business Development and Sales Officer (1 Position) HR Officer (1 Position)

Responsibilities

Management of credit control function to ensure revenues are all captured 
Manage cash flow, as well as proper book keeping
Management of creditors to ensure payments are timely.
Funds management through preparation of monthly and weekly forecasts 
Bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded
Fixed assets management, policies and procedures 
Projects financial planning 
Train and develop departmental staff in liaison with Human Resource after training needs assessment 
Stakeholder management of customers, auditors, banks, service providers and suppliers
Timely insurance policies renewal and acquisition
Tax planning and management for regulatory compliance 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Be a CPA finalist and a Member of ICPAK
Five (5) years’ of relevant experience
Good analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft excel-spreadsheet, word, Power point
High level of integrity
