Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accounting standards.
Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company’s growth and profitability.
Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and financial risk to ensure stability and growth.
Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and financial plans.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management software.
Proficient in financial modelling, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
