The management of several versions of forecasted P&Ls leads to regular gap & variance analysis, consolidation and presentation of results to senior stakeholders. This requires a sound financial acumen and good presentation skills for appropriate delivery. Details: Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly reconciliation activities for the markets and ensure numbers alignment between the different ERP systems by taking remedial actions for ensuing errors
Regularly ‘maintain’ the integrity of the underlying master data (e.g. customer master, product master, chart of accounts, forecast groups, exchange rates, etc)
Ensure streamlining and bridging of knowledge gaps at LOC level and minimizing the workload on native finance personnel.
Weekly calls with the markets follow-up on key takeaways and action agreed therein
Design customized reports from CF module for analysis and distribution.
Perform various analysis for higher management such as the Price volume, growth analysis, pricing analysis and to market and in market sales analysis
Analysing actual results to budgets and forecasts.
Consolidating the data for area presentations and also providing an overview of the RAG status of CF status across markets on monthly basis
Support the HUB lead in delivering upon the Area Finance activities.
Prepare SOPs/information paperwork to help the techniques and processes and applicable documentation of LOC CF planning functions
To provide statistical analysis and insight to support the impact assessment of change, and specifically, forecasting and scheduling effectiveness.
Requirement
Experience in Financial Planning/Budgeting Management in medium to large organization, preferably in a multinational company and pharmaceutical industry.
Collaborative team player
Proactive identification of issues, create external-focused analysis and research
Experience working with senior stakeholders with ability to influence and challenge positively with stakeholders at all levels
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, policies and processes
Fluent in written and oral English
