About this Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and systematic individual to be part of our finance team. As a finance assistant, you will play a critical role in handling the day to day activities of the finance department. You will also support the department in finance administration, managing the filing system and provide finance services to other department.
What You Will Do

Receive and verify expense reports and payment forms
Manage finance sign in logs and work tracker
Print out of payment requests from satellite offices
Manage the finance filing system
Receive and receipt sales invoices and maintain a G-sheet log
Retrieve archived documents requested by other departments

What You Have

A bachelor degree in a business related field
Professional accounting qualification – CPA, ACCA
At least 1 year work experience
Strong computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel
