PURPOSE:
Responsible for receipting Life business DDIs, standing orders, banking transfers and premium policy reconciliation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily receipt of bank transfers, EFTs and RTGS;
Update and receipt received standing orders and check offs;
Receipting of premium DDIs;
Update of unreceipted items list and continuously liaise with premium admin to reduce exposure;
Receipting Pension funds;
Receipting Annuities;
Receipting of Group life payments;
Premiums to policy reconciliations;
Any other duty as may be given by Head, Bank and Other Reconciliations.
Academic and Professional Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or in a related field E
Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications E
CPA (I) or ACCA – Fundamental or part qualification in relevant professional field
Experience Required:
2 years Relevant experience
