Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Assist in preparing annual financial statements and audits, collaborating with external auditors as needed.
Manage cash flow and optimize the organization’s financial resources.
Prepare and document all taxes and their filling within stipulated timelines.
Manage all daily M-PESA transactions.
Support the administration of contracts, grants, and other financial agreements.
Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Provide financial guidance and support to management and staff as needed.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including office management and logistics.
