In this role, you will take on various important duties to ensure smooth operation and exceptional customer experience at M-KOPA. One of your key responsibilities will be managing the charging station. You’ll need to ensure that all chargers are functioning correctly and providing reliable service to our customers.
Additionally, you will oversee the M-KOPA Mobility Shop. This involves ensuring that every customer is served well, delivering an experience that meets our high standards. Part of this duty includes maintaining the cleanliness of both the charging station and the Mobility Shop and adhering to M-KOPA’s Environmental, Health, and Safety standards to keep these spaces neat and safe for everyone.
Customer service is at the heart of this role. You will log and resolve all customer issues and assist with any inquiries they may have. Representing the M-KOPA brand also means ensuring all marketing materials are prominently displayed and that you present yourself professionally as the face of our company.
Another critical aspect of your job will be onboarding new customers who acquire our motorbikes. This includes training them, providing customer education, issuing insurance, testing the bikes at the shops, and handling the handover of the bikes.
Your workday will start by opening the M-KOPA Charging Station or Mobility Shop at 8:30 a.m. and continue until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. You will be based at our station in Jogoo Road or Thika. Through these efforts, you will drive progress and ensure our customers receive the best service possible.
