POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the sales and marketing manager, the Field Sales Representative, will interface with GRTS’s customers as the main point of sales, close deals, and deliver great customer experience. He/she will also build and maintain relationships with customers, share relevant information gained through customer interactions.
This role will be based in Nairobi-Ruiru warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and recruit potential customers through market research, scouting and networking
Prioritize leads and keep your pipeline active
Achieve sales targets in the required product mix, volume and value
Ensure timely delivery of customer orders
Ensure collection of customer payments as per policy
Plan and execute outreach to potential customers and follow through
Effectively present GRTS’s products to match the customer’s needs and close the sale
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or bachelors degree in sales and marketing or any other related field
1+ year proven experience in customer acquisition / field sales
