Job Description
Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services;
Nurture Qualified Leads and convert them to orders
Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services,
Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up,
Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection).
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
