Factory Manager – Food Processing

Key Responsbilities

Control all the operations and maintain good housekeeping in the premises.
Develop and execute plans and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organized.
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions, Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the production process.
At least 10-15 years of plant management, production planning and maintenance.
Manage the factory’s budget and control operating costs without compromising quality or safety.
Analyze production data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Planning of proper inventory in Engineering and packaging material stores.
To understand and implement the Quality Management System as per the ISO & HACCP system as applicable in the Factory

Skills

Good communication skills
Highly numerate
Planning and organising skills
Ability to demonstrate leadership skills e.g. Plan, Organise, Supervise and Co-ordinate.
Ability to identify the root cause of the problems and take corrective action
Ability to audit all accounts and give comprehensive reports
Ability to implement the Quality Management System as applied in the department

Experience: 10-15 years
