Job Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.)
Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Managing any refurbishments and renovations.
Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
Managing the cleaning, waste disposal, security and parking of each property.
Handle service contracts.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Land Economics/Real Estate Management.
Experience of 2yrs in a similar position.
Knowledgeable of processes in Property Management operation both in commercial and residential.
Experience in Marketing and Sourcing.
