Key Responsibilities
Work closely with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all logistical aspects of events are executed flawlessly.
Provide hands-on support during events, including setup and execution, while ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and coordination of experiential marketing events.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our services and deliver added value to clients.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
Assist in managing projects/events from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Help gather and analyze data from events to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Project Management or a related field.
Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and social media platforms; experience with graphic design software is a plus.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
