As we continue to grow and strengthen our operations, we need an HR Officer to support our Group HR Manager. You will be responsible for base Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics preparation/Reporting, Training & People Development coordination, Performance Management in addition to day-to-day administrative tasks.
A very high level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail and organization are essential for the role.
Key requirements:
Minimum Diploma educated in HRM and IHRM registered
At least 3 years’ experience in a busy HR department, ideally from a similar or FMCG/Manufacturing environment
Conversant with Employment Laws
Pragmatic and able to deal with people at all levels
Computer Literate – Excel and dBase packages
Proactive, Confident and a good problem-solver, able to remain calm under pressure
Able work in a dynamic office Monday – Saturday (full days) and Nairobi-based
