Executive Director

The Trust seeks to appoint an Executive Director to give strategic direction and oversee the running of the organization for the next 8 years.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a visionary and strategic leader who believes in the rights of urban poor populations and must demonstrate proven ability to effectively influence policymakers, promote solidarity, and inspire stakeholders to advocate for equity and social justice.
The candidate should be a holder of a master’s degree in law or humanities, have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management position in a non-profit organization, and be skilled in advocacy, partnership building and fundraising.
